Expanded Metal Products produce raised or flattened expanded metal in thicknesses from 0.20mm to 10.00mm and with Long Way Diamond (LWD) from 10mm to 200mm and in various widths up to a maximum of 120mm.

OTHER USES
Our expanded metal has found uses in many other applications, such as machinery guards, speaker grills, motor vehicle air intake grilles, vermin proofing and more.
PATTERNS
The only dimension that is fixed in any pattern is the Long Way Diamond (LWD).
The LWD is always across the coil (i.e. at 90° to the long dimension of mesh).
The Short Way Diamond (SWD), the strand width and thickness are all able to be varied to obtain the desired open area, strength and rigidity for a given application. Most products can also be supplied either raised or flattened as required.
The patterns shown are representative samples of many possibilities.
For the supply of large quantities we will be happy to discuss tooling up for additional patterns.
